Information you choose to provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, location, collection category, estimated quantity or value, item descriptions and comments. Collection submissions may also include photographs. The phone number, value estimate, additional comments and photographs are optional.
We use this information to review your inquiry, understand a proposed collection and communicate with you. Do not upload identification documents, payment information or photographs that expose unrelated personal information. Uploaded images may contain embedded metadata, so remove location metadata before submitting if you do not want to share it.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage and interactions such as clicks to eBay, visits to Archive Armor and inquiry form activity. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar browser technology, and Google processes technical and usage information under its own policies.
Our custom analytics events include the page path, collectible category and relevant outbound destination. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, photographs or freeform inquiry text to Google Analytics. Form submission events record that a submission was accepted, not the contents of that submission.
Browser privacy settings, cookie controls and content-blocking tools may limit analytics. Google also provides information about its analytics technologies and browser opt-out options at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Hosting and submitted files
Our website hosting services process requests needed to deliver the site. Inquiries are stored in the website’s database, and uploaded images are stored separately with references linking them to the inquiry. The inquiry service does not publish your contact details or uploaded files as public web pages.
Information is retained for handling inquiries and maintaining relevant business records. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion, contact TrendingArt using the contact form or the eBay storefront. Identify the inquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
External marketplaces and other websites
Links may lead to eBay, Archive Armor, Amazon, Crisp Seal, grading companies, publishers or other reference websites. Those services have their own privacy practices, terms and analytics. A purchase on eBay is handled by eBay and the relevant listing terms; it is not processed by this website.
Following an external link may transmit normal browser information to the destination. Review that website’s privacy notice before providing personal information.
Changes and questions
We may update this notice as the website or inquiry process changes. The date above identifies the latest revision of this notice. Use our contact page for privacy questions or requests relating to information you have provided.
